Customer Support Specialist

Your tasks

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment to customer (ERP, follow-up, documents, customs)
  • Provide outstanding customer support, including answering incoming calls and e-mail requests from customers
  • Send and track invoices to the customer
  • Manage non-compliance (RMA) & solve issues
  • Establish/Reconcile customs declarations and folders Clients and classification

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of sales support/sales administrative
  • Fluent spoken and written in English, French and German is required
  • Excellent communications skills, self-motivated and flexible
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to work as an effective team player who is proactive and takes initiative (problem solving)
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word / Excel / Outlook) & an ERP (ProConcept is a plus)
