Automotive Lighting Expert

Location: Neuchâtel, Switzerland

Your Tasks

• Interacting with OEMs and Tier1s on innovative,lighting solutions and concepts
• Managing and evaluating early stage automotive lighting projects
• Developing new product ideas and testing product market fit
• Presenting new micro-optics lighting solutions on conferences and shows
• Supporting the internal R&D, project management and production team on innovation projects
• Actively working on the automotive growth and got-to-market strategy

Your Profile

• Experience in automotive lighting and optics design
• Experience in working with or for automotive Tier1 or OEM companies
• Experience on designing and optimizing automotive lighting functions like low or high beams
• Ability to work both independently and as team player, who is proactive and takes initiatives
• Good proficiency in English, proficiency in French and German is a plus.
