Diffuser
SUSS MicroOptics offers different diffusers for various applications. Please contact us for more information.
2D Random Diffuser
- random structure in both dimension
- introducing a larger divergence angle (from <±1° up to ±10°)
- Reduce effects of grating interference and speckles that are well correlated with the coherence of a laser beam
Linear Diffuser
- 1D random diffusers consisting of a pattern of arbitrary and statistically placed diffusing elements with anisotropic diffusion properties
- the diffuser shows only a random structure in one dimension. This means, that the other dimension is not affected by the structure
Rotating Diffuser
- Using 2D random diffuser
- Reduce effects of grating interference and speckles that are well correlated with the coherence of a laser beam
- Used for applications where light for a continuous wave laser, or multiple pulses from a pulsed laser, are integrated at the detector or object. The diffuser is rotating, thus the speckle pattern is changing temporally.
Please have a look at our rotating diffuser in our online shop or contact us for more information.
